Before your initial consultation, you will receive a food and symptom diary as well as an in-depth health questionnaire.
During your consultation, Sabrina will ask you questions about diet, lifestyle and how menopause has impacted your life. She will work with you to formulate dietary changes and create a personalised plan to bring about the changes you seek. Your plan aims to be achievable and includes lots of food and recipe inspiration and meal plans tailored specifically to your needs. After you have received your personalised plan, Sabrina will follow up with a complimentary phone call or email.
